Good Day,
I've been hunting around for information on the Known Error Plugin that became available in the Madrid Release.
I'm not finding solid answers. I did find the old article on known error from before Madrid.
My Problem Management team would like to implement a Know Error database with the coresponding connections to Problem and Incident management.
Unfortunately our instance was started before madrid and it says that we can only take advantage of this in instances started on Madrid or later.
My questions are:
Is there a way to activate the features (even if we have to do it manually)
Is this a paid plugin?

Have you been able to follow the migration utility and verified whether your instance is at a sufficient baseline to be compatible?
