Last login time not updating for a single user

I have a member of staff on the Service Desk whose last login time is not updating on her user record. She has been using SN frequently but the last log time is from a month ago. We strip roles off anyone who has not logged in for 30 days and she has lost her roles this morning as SN does not recognise her log ins. LDAP has been refreshing her account daily. There are also transactions for her in the user transactions module on the system logs. I have checked that she is logging into the right account and can see her presence on tickets she is working on. Can anyone help with why the Last loging time is not refreshing?

Hi George,

Is that user logging using normal page or using login.do?

Mark Correct if this solves your issue and also mark Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks

Hi Ankur,

This is an itil user and logs in via navpage.do

Out of the box - The script action called 'Last login time' is responsible for updating the last login time on user profile. This gets executed when login event gets triggered. Can you check if the scripts are in place and there any no funky customization here?

Hi Kalai,

I should have mentioned this works for all users generally. For some reason it is not updating for this one person
