Hi,
I am trying to add a column to the list layout for the cost centre reference field popup view, accounting to the ServiceNow KB you just have to edit the list layout. KB0686318 . It works on the OOB tables i.e. added manager column on cost centre ref on the department form - see below, however, we have a custom app that refers to the cost centre but it won't display the manager column? Does anyone know if it is possible?
Thanks
Anks

Hi
after some investigations, it seems that it is not possible to have a custom view. The reason is that the view sys_ref_list for a OOTB table cannot be overridden by a custom app.
Kind regards
Maik

Thanks Maik, I have already tried that it works for OOB tables but not for custom scoped app.
