Lists in custom workspace is not visible for some users

Hi Team,
We have created a custom workspace and have custom roles to which this should be visible.But the list in workspace is not visible to non-admin users. User can access to the home page, create record, view record, and but not able to view List Menu.
1.Have created an audience also with role-x_itec_agent and created a record in sys_ux_applicability_m2m.LIST table also to the respective list but they are unable to see the list.
Can anyone help me with this.
