Location value not populating in list view of incident

Hi,

Location is not showing in the list of incidents opened as shown below, showing as empty:-

 But once I open that incident there is a location value populated in it.

Can you help me with it?

Hello Akshata,

Most probably the field that appears in the form and the field that appear in the list view are different fields!!

Can you edit the form to see what location field is that? Is the location field of the incident? Or the location of the user?

Edit the incident form and the incident list to see the differences!

Hi,

Its of incident location field. And its for only some tickets the location is empty but for some its displaying.
