Location value not populating in list view of incident

Hi,

Location is not showing in the list of incidents opened as shown below, showing as empty:-

 But once I open that incident there is a location value populated in it.

Can you help me with it?

Hi,

Location corresponds to that a user, please check for the caller if the location field is present.

sys_user.list in Application Navigator and look for that user and check if location is present.

Hello Akshata,

Can you check if you have any business rules being executed on that field, to populate it only in specific cases?
Are the users populating it? Or is it based on the caller id location?
