There is a requirement that I need to create a mailbox account and an inbound email action for that mailbox.
I tried creating the mailbox account using the SMTP Connection and also by using the IMAP connection but when triggering emails to the mailbox account, I couldn't find any emails are receiving for the mailbox account I created.
Please help me.
Thank you.

There is already one existing SMTP connection, so I am not able to create the new one. It is saying there should be only one SMTP connection. And many of the email accounts are configured using IMAP

The error is due to time out.
To set up an IMAP email account within ServiceNow, you'll need to install the "Email - OAUTH support for IMAP and SMTP" plugin, configure an OAuth profile, and then create an email account with the IMAP type, selecting "SSL/TLS" for connection security
