When you generate a major incident it applies a standard OOTB template and generates 3 tasks. How are the 3 tasks being created? We can find a business rule, a workflow, or a script include that could be triggering them to be created. We've search ServiceNow Docs and there isn't anything we can find in the documentation around Major Incident. If anyone knows or can assist with this question, that would be greatly appreciated !

Hi Justin,
There is a plugin you can activate... Activate Incident Management - Major Incident Management
I know it's been several months since I posted my question, but our company decided to hold off on this functionality until we have matured our processes more. As a result, I haven't had much time to dive deeper into this plugin and it's functionality. From what I remember there are some really cool features that are worth taking advantage of. Also, I believe that SNow has built this capability out even more in the Kingston version, so I would highly recommend you take a look at the SNow Doc site and see if anything this feature provides will work for your company and what/how you are planning on using major incidents for.
Best,
Niccole

Hi Niccole,
This is configured in Major Incident Response and Resolution flow as mentioned here: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/kingston-it-service-management/page/product/incident-management/concept/major-incident-management.html
You can find it in your instance using this URL prefix: $flow-designer.do?sysparm_nostack=true#/flow-designer/14d760403b19030050bec9bb34efc45b
