I have a requirement where the Owner of a task extended table wants to choose a delegate/deputy in another field in form and he should be able to perform tasks in place of him. There are groups/roles controlling access to the fields and related tables for this custom application. The issue is the deputy can be anyone and might no have the role which primarily controls access to scoped application.
I understand we can modify ACLs based on the value chosen in deputy field. But there are access to some other Global tables where the ACLs cant be changed. Customer is not really interested in managing groups giving these delegate the same access.
Any idea here would be appreciated.
