Maximize Agent Chat when the portal page loads

Hello,

We are using Agent Chat and we want it to appear maximised when loading in the portal.

Is there a way to do this without cloning the widget?

Hi there,

Do you mean like having a fullscreen Virtual Agent client? Or just bigger as the out-of-the-box size? Also how are you opening the Virtual Agent client, still through the icon on the bottom right, or something else?

Hi Mark,

I indeed would like to know:

1) whether it would be possible to have a fullscreen VA client? 

2) can we have a function so the users can maximize it if they want? and is it possible to give the users the opportunity to move the VA position from right to left?
3) the last question, is it possible enable the users to change the background color, for example darker?
