MI Workbench Comms - can replies be added to the Incident?

We use the workbench in an MI to email key stakeholders and make them aware of a Major Incident when logged. If one of those users replies to the email, sent via the Workbench, it does not update the MI. Is it possible to do so?

I never tried but it might be worth exploring the Email Inbound action. I am not sure, bcz at last it is same record and table. But give a try.
