Migrating IVANTI HEAT ITSM to Service Now

Hi Experts/All, 

We will be planning to migrate HEAT ITSM to Service Now within the year.  Looking to connect with other clients who have done this migration to understand lessons learned, risks, etc.  Maybe even share a project plan if you are so willing to do so.
