Hello!
Do anyone have any idea why you wouldn't get the impersonator button (yellow key) by the padlock when you are an admin? I still can't get it when I add the role "impersonator".
I checked under System UI> UI Macros and there was impersonate_button active.

I found the problem.
Under System Properties > UI Properties the "Enable impersonation button in banner line" property was unchecked. I checked it, refreshed the page, and the impersonation key was there finally.

Sometimes the impersonator button doesn't show due to a caching issue. Clear the cache with cache.do.

That did not solve my problem unfortunately. It's the same thing when i try both Chrome and Firefox. Thanks for the tip though.

check to make sure the impersonate role is assigned to admin... try assigning that role to yourself, log out and back in and see if that fixes it.

I've tried that but it didn't work either.
