I'm working on our Service Portal and have a custom widget that I'm trying to add snc_internal and snc_external roles to. However, I just noticed that those roles no longer exist in any of our instances as an option and the weird thing is I have many OOB widgets that are using these two roles. Any insight on this is much appreciated.
Thanks,
AJ

So apparently both snc_internal and snc_external roles are not only dependent on the Explicit Roles plugin as documented but the assumption that these two roles are available because current OOB widgets use this role without the plugin is an incorrect assumption. Also, the Explicit Roles plugin can't be installed standalone. It must be installed through either the Customer Service plugin or Human Resources plugin.

I reached out to SN Support via the Hi Portal. We'll see what their response is.
