Modify the Homepage in workspace

Hi All,

I have created new workspace for a scoped application. It is OOB workspace only, I have not modified anything in the workspace, now users want to remove the critical tasks from the homepage of workspace. How to achieve this

Can anyone please guide me on this

The workspace can be modified through UI Builder. Just open UI Builder, locate the correct workspace, and there you have all the different settings and visualizations.

I'm aware of the UI builder but I'm confused where to modify the default dashboard in the homepage.

Hi @Nagashree5 ,

Navigate to All> UI Builder> it will display all the "Experiences" > Select your workspace and open it:

For Example, i have opened CSM/FSm configuratble workspace :

If i want to remove "unassigned cases":

Click on the component "unassigned cases", on the right corner select the "Eye" icon and finally set the "Hide Component" to true by either clicking on it or by sliding to right.
