Hi @Forough Valivan ,
I trust you are doing great.

  1. Identify the target overview page: Determine the specific overview page where you want to make the amendment. Each overview page has a unique configuration.

  2. Access the ServiceNow instance: Log in to your ServiceNow instance with appropriate credentials.

  3. Navigate to the overview page: Use the main navigation menu or the search bar to find and open the desired overview page.

  4. Enter edit mode: Once you're on the overview page, click on the "Edit" or "Customize" option, typically located in the top-right corner or within the settings menu.

  5. Locate the first level card: Look for the card that you want to amend. It is usually represented as a section or a module on the page.

  6. Edit the card configuration: Depending on the layout and design of the overview page, you may have different customization options. Find the settings related to the first level card you want to modify.

  7. Add the field (configuration item): Within the card configuration settings, look for an option to add fields or content. This is where you can select the "configuration item" field and specify its placement within the card.

  8. Save your changes: Once you have made the necessary modifications, save the changes to the overview page.

  9. Review the updated card: Go back to the overview page and check if the field (configuration item) is now displayed within the first level card.

Hi @Forough Valivan.

We are also facing the same requirement and it would be good to find the answer 🙂

We have checked the docs below but it may not be possible to add a new field to the card?

https:/docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/utah-it-service-management/page/product/service-operations-w...

We have also amended some of the EVAM view configs such as 'Service desk unassigned incidents view config' to include the cmdb_ci field in the 'table fields' field. But the field is still not visible.
