More Than One Service Operations Workspace

Hi Folks, 

 

Is it possible to have more than one Service Operations Workspace? We are pushing our entire IT department into the SOW and we are finding the unique needs of various teams may necessitate different configurations.

Is is possible to replicate the SOW, and if so, are their any reasons why this would not be recommended?

Yes, this is possible. After you have two Snow instances, please keep the data flowing through the use of Exalate, an integration solution.

 

It offers customizable data mapping, ensuring you define which fields sync and how data transforms to meet your specific requirements. With bi-directional synchronization, data stays up-to-date in both instances. Conflict resolution rules can be set to manage simultaneous changes effectively.
