I currently have a report which is an average MTTR per assignment group. What I would like to do is break this out per priority (Critical, High, etc) and include a line graph showing the duration for that application SLA definition (e.g. priority 1 response SLA) so indicate whether on average an assignment group is breaching or under the SLA target.
Is this achievable on a reporting level? I've tried a drilldown approach but have been unable to find the right conditions to get what will essentially be a straight line across the graph.

Hi @AndersBGS ,
Is my original objective "have the Assignment Groups on the x axis, average SLA resolution on the Y, with a reference to the contract SLA duration going across" achievable with PA?

Hi @MBarrott
have you thought about utilizing the database view incident_sla to report on? Furthermore, according to your “line graph”, do you have performance analytics available?
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards

Hi @AndersBGS I believe we have the basic level of PA but nothing more. I'm experimenting with PA now but getting inaccurate results, not sure if it's my indicator or breakdowns.

A Pivot Table Report defined on the Incident SLA database view may help get you what you want. See below from demo data in my instance.
BTW, the Developer Community site is a good place to post.
