I'm trying to translate email notifications from the Azure API. I have everything configured and I can already use language detection. But when I try to do "Request Translation" the languages appear unavailable.

- Go to the table SP Main Translation Service(sn_lf_setting)
- Create new or if there is record exist and artifact is assigned to All Artifacts there enter your prefered language.
Note: the language which you are adding if it already exist in another artifact pair remove there and add here.

Hi @rodrigomica ,
If you have Dynamic translation plugin installed already, Go to localization framework -> settings
1.Click new, for creating new settings
2. Give some name you want to
3. In artifacts, select required, or select "All Artifacts"
4. In "Languages" Select all languages you want to be available
5. In "translation Preferences" tab, under tick enable machine translate
Machine Translation - select the translator "Microsoft"
6. Fill other details as per your need or you can leave them
7. In "workflow preferences" tab, select the workflow you want, my preference "translation->publish"
8.Localization fulfiller group is mandatory, you should select only group that has role "localization_fulfiller", if group you want does not have this role, please add this role to that group and select that group as localization fulfiller group.
You can leave project preferences empty
Please try this, hope this helps you.😊

Hello @Vinuthna Ammana ,
I had already tried this once, but I always get the version error because my "Translator Configuration - Microsoft" is on version 4 and I can't change it.

There isn't anything mentioned about version 4 in the Microsoft documentation, only about v3 connector in mentioned, may be try checking if the plugins - Microsoft Azure Translator, ITSM connector are up to date in ServiceNow.
