We are working on translating email notifications into Italian for a customer. We have installed the Glide Notification Translation plugin (com.glide.notification.translation) and enabled the system property glide.email.outbound.static_translation.enabled by setting its value to true.
Despite configuring static translations under the "Translated Notifications" tab and triggering the notification, no records are appearing under the "Translated Email Content" tab in the email logs.
We also attempted to implement the translation using the Localization Framework and followed the guidance provided in the article

However, even after trying both approaches, translated email content is not appearing as expected. Kindly provide the solution.

Hi @PrachiL ,
Make sure the language user preference is set to Italian. It is not enough for the language field in the profile to be set to Italian.
