Multiple UI policies on same variables - how do I combine policies with opposite effect on same variable?

For both ui policies, there are two variables that show. One variable however, is visible on one ui policy and not visible on the other. How can I combine these policies. Please see screenshots.

Hi,

So the one UI Policy takes care of when that field would show. So if the deactivate_options are not that selection in that UI Policy...it won't show....

So in the other UI Policy, you can just set the Visible to "Leave alone"...as there's no need to touch it as it won't show anyway...really you could just take it out of the UI Policy all together?

As far as combining...since one the field is mandatory and the other it is not...with the UI Policy conditions alone, you can't combine them. You'd have to add in a script element to it and you may be better off just leaving them separate.

Why do you need to combine?

Hi Allen, so when I tried this, the variables are showing properly on the catalog item page but the dates are not showing when I submit a RITM or on the tasks.

Is it possible to somehow combine these into one policy?

Hmm...that sounds like something else may be going on.

For testing purposes, in both of these UI Policies, can you uncheck the boxes that say "Applies on Catalog Tasks" and "Applies on Requested Items"...this will basically allow all the fields to show without any condition, this way we can verify if they actually still show on the RITM and Tasks first...

If they show...then it's something set in these UI Policies still affecting things.
