Multiple UI policies on same variables - how do I combine policies with opposite effect on same variable?

For both ui policies, there are two variables that show. One variable however, is visible on one ui policy and not visible on the other. How can I combine these policies. Please see screenshots.

Hi Allen, exactly. So I unchecked those boxes and the issue still exists. Do you think it is a business rule? I will try unchecking them again just to be sure.

Hi,

If you don't mind, don't forget to mark any reply in your thread as "Helpful" if it has been. This rewards those who are truly helping (as in the post was Helpful to you) with "some" credit.

If the issue is still persisting then yes, it could be other UI Policies, Client Scripts or something else. I would ensure that you have actually published the workflow as well (if it's still checked out, it may not show any updates) and also look at any tasks associated with that workflow to ensure that the new fields were added to the actual list of variables that would show.

Please mark reply as Helpful/Correct, if applicable. Thanks!

Figured it out. I had the container with the dates inside listed as visible is true on two different policies so I changed it to leave alone and now the two aren't cancelling each other out.

Great.

Don't forget to mark any posts as Helpful if they were and the reply that had the correct answer (or guided you best to it) as "Correct".

Thanks!

Hi,

I advise you to remove that field from all the UI policies and create a separate UI policy script that should work fine.

Thanks!!
