Not able to Link Incident closed tickets to Problem under related lists??

Hi,
Problem group members not able to link closed incidents under problem related lists///
when we navigate to any Problem ticket >> under related list >> Incident >> Click on Edit Button >> Add any Closed incident >> saving the form --- Closed incident not linking to the problem ticket

Hi
I'm wondering about your "Edit..." button because I have a "Add" button in the same place. But apart from that it is actually not possible to link a closed incident to a problem. It is a OOTB behavior.

Hi Divya,
Even I don't see the Edit button on my instance within Problem Record.
Anyways, if you are trying to add "Closed" Incidents to the problem record, you may need to do some changes to OOTB; which is not recommended.
