We have a person that has left the company so we updated our on-call rotation and removed the person. We have one group with one rota and one calendar. When we removed them as a member of the roster, the schedule got removed all their entries. We did not want to remove the past entries on the calendar as this should be kept for historic perpurse if ever needed, we just wanted members' schedules updated to fill the future gaps.
Is there a way to update the roster and remove someone who has left or changed roles and still keep the old history of when they were on the roster? We do not want to create a new roster every time the membership changes or manage these manually.

- Navigate to All > On-Call Scheduling > My Group Schedules.
- Open the required shift form.
- In the Rosters related list, click the information icon for the roster from which you want to stop rotation of a member.
- Click Open Record.
- You see the list of members in the order. You can just enter a 'To' Date so member isn't planned anymore after that mentioned date. Or open the member record and update the 'to' date.
