Hi,
I have an On-Call schedule for a team setup as follows.
4 People
Person 1, Person 2, Person 3, Person 4
2 Shifts
Shift 1
M-F, 9-5, rotating weekly, excluding public holidays
Week 1 - Person 1
Week 2 - Person 2
Week 3 - Person 3
Shift 2
Public Holidays, all day, rotating weekly, including public holidays
The base definition allocates the correct days and times. It's which Person gets allocated to the public holiday that isn't what I was expecting.
The issue comes about if there is a public holiday in Week 2 and not one in Week 1.
I was expecting that Person 2 should be allocated to that shift as it's rotated weekly but it's Person 1.
I'm guessing this is because there is no public holiday in Week 1? So the rotation to Person 2 doesn't occur?
How do I get a rotation of people in Shift 2 regardless if there is a public holiday in that week?
