On-Call Schedule Help

We have an on-call schedule that needs updated because the secondary on one of our schedules is no longer with the company.  I wanted to add a new secondary, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to remove the old secondary and when I go to add a new secondary, there are only 3 people listed and the person I need to add is not in the list.  I'm assuming it's pulling the members from the group associated with the on-call schedule?

Any help on this is appreciated.

Yes, that is right, once you open the primary or secondary etc, you will find an edit option to add new members to the list. Provided they are already in the group as members.

HI LInda,

Go to On-call scheduling > on-call schedules.

Open the schedule you wanted to modify. Click edit shift as shown below.

Under the related list, you will see primary, secondary etc, open the records and remove the members from the list.
