We are rolling out On-Call Scheduling to our end user community. We're trying to build some straightforward, "out of the box" training documentation that we can cover in a one hour overview with our users.
We are hoping not to reinvent the wheel and was wondering if anyone has an existing On-Call Scheduling training package that we could use as guideline, something that you would be willing to share?

Morten, we could not find anyone to help, so we ended up creating our own end user documentation. We are not using the Escalation feature, but if it will help, I can email you what we came up with to use as a template.
