We are rolling out On-Call Scheduling to our end user community. We're trying to build some straightforward, "out of the box" training documentation that we can cover in a one hour overview with our users.
We are hoping not to reinvent the wheel and was wondering if anyone has an existing On-Call Scheduling training package that we could use as guideline, something that you would be willing to share?

Hi Chris,
In the On-Call Scheduling - Process Workshop deck on slide 43 regarding the roles, the slide lists itil and rota_manager as the only 2 roles and there is also the following note: "There is a DEPRECATED role called rota_admin. Do not use it." Do you happen to know when was the rota_admin role deprecated and why it shouldn't be used? I wasn't able to find anything on the product documentation page.
