One Click - One Question survey - Madrid

Hello,

Has anyone tried out One click survey option that is documented in the docs link below:

The docs link below says that:

A One Click survey has no introduction page in Service Portal. This survey does not have the Submit and Cancel buttons in the desktop and iPad view.

I tried this out in my PDI on Madrid, but it looks like the Submit button is being displayed both for Desktop and mobile view. Please let me know if anyone has been able to configure this survey without a Submit button and any recommendations on how to do it.

Do you have the survey set to one-click on the backend view? That has to be checked even if your survey only has one question.

Yes, I have the one click survey enabled.

Apparently, the question type that I was using was not supported as part of one click survey. The question type that I used was a smiley template. In Madrid only the following question types are supported for a one click survey:

• Image Scale
• Choice
• Likert Scale
• Numeric Scale
• Yes/No
