Out of Office Automatic replies are not receiving by service now instance

Hi Everyone,

I am facing an issue with the Out of Office Automatic Replies not being received by the servicenow Instance.

We have a requirement to send out an follow up email to the approver if the approver is out of office.

because of this issue we cannot work on the actual requirement.

Please help me out. Thanks in advance.

Hi, if you cannot see the messages in your instance 'sys_email' table (with any module filtering removed)?

Then I would recommend that you start by engaging your local IT team and have them confirm 100% that the messages are being sent from your corporate email system to the correct ServiceNow instance email address.

If they are definitely being sent and they are not appearing your instance 'sys_email', then the next step would be to log a case with ServiceNow Support. In the case you should ideally provideSNC with recent examples, time-stamps (in UTC) from when these messages left your mail server and identifying details like subject, sender etc; from these they should be able to check their email logs to see if they have a record of the message(s) being received and details of why they are not appearing in your instance.

If yes. Please guide me.

Hi Pandu,

Can you please share how did you enable out of office inbound emails in ServiceNow ? We have a requirement where the agent should receive emails when the caller is out of office on the case.
