Hi @Mary ,
Please check there is migration activity going on for PDI infrastructure, in case your instance not available then it might be part of migration, in that case you need new PDI request ( refer the blog ).

Hi @Mary ,
It can be because of the activity which is being performed by Servicenow of moving datacentre for PDI's in which case u can consider ur PDI gone n u need to request a new 1.
Or
U can just wait if it comes back up in which case remember to take proper backup of the PDI. If it doesn't then yeah Request a New one.
Thanks,
Danish

Hi ,@Mary ,
There is no support available for PDI. You may release the PDI and request for new PDI.
If I could help you with your Query then, please hit the Thumb Icon and mark it as Correct !!
Thanks & Regards,

Hi there,
Same answer as on the hundreds of others in the previous months:
These free PDIs come without any support. We all can't help you on this. The only thing you can do is wait and hope the instance gets back, or... request a new one.
Always backup your work, since PDIs suddenly - without notice - can get offline or even gone forever.
I don't know if this applies to you, though it could ofcourse also have to do with the datacentre issues which ServiceNow communicated. See for example:
"Action Required: We are migrating our PDI Infrastructure to a new data center. See our developer blog for more details and instructions for backing up."
Kind regards,
