Hi can anyone help me with the following requirment?
Under the How Can We Help You? session of the Service Catalog, there are 30 items. All items are not displayed and to see the full list you have to click on the View all items to see all catalog items. Can the View all items be made larger and bolder so that users readily see it and know if they do not see what they are looking for in the initial display that they have to click the View all items. Another thing that would be helpful is if all catalog items were in alphabetical order - they start out in Alphabetical order down to Windows Security Patch Testing request and then it starts over again with an additional group of items being alphabetical order, if we could combine both groups and make them in alphabetical order as a whole.

Hi Sai,
From just looking at the attachment, I think categories would go a long way to help redefine your catalog and make it more use friendly.
So rather than creating Catalog Items and dumping them all into the one space, have a think about what sort of requests belong together, and look into putting them into a category.
Catalog -> Category - > Catalog Item
In regards to display order, if you go to form design on a catalog item, there is an OOTB field called 'order' It doesn't display by default, you will need to add it. But then this works like any other order field, where you can number catalog items in how you want them to display.
For example your catalog items for people needing help or logging an issue might not be alphabetically first, but you might want to order them first since they are generally the most popular request types a user will want to use.

I agree with Dan on adding categories. Now, if you want to increase the number of options visible by your users, you can play with the property glide.sc.max_items. From your screenshot, it looks someone already played with it. The OOTB value for that property is 5.
