Hi guys,
If a Plugin is associated with a for-fee subscription is it not available in the plugins list on the instance?
It seems that we do not have a subscription, but we have Collision Detector Plugin in the list.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi Algisa,
There are a large number of plugin's available in each instance - and these are both free and fee based. You can activate any plugin but you do not pay anything for a non-production environment where you are testing the solution out, I've done this many times on my UAT and DEV instances. There are some plugins that are only available via the HI portal on request.
You only tend to pay on Production where you are actually using it - so I would check with your local ServiceNow account team to ensure they are happy with your plugin being active, but not used. They monitor the licensing usage across the year and product a report, however I find it easier to ask them directly to ensure you are happy with your implementation.
Hope this helps.
Carl.
