Within the incident form you can click 'More options' > 'Email' and then the 'Compose Email' form opens for the incident. Is there a way to pre-populate this email with an existing email template.
I have created a UI action to replicate this functionality. Ideally, I would like to add a script into the UI action to pre-populate the Compose email form with an existing template.

Hi,
you can use email client template on your table and pre-configure it
Create an email client template
If you don't have then create new one
1) configure subject and email body, recipients etc

I use composer email to pop up emails template. Now I want to check the condition of the fields and the error message will pop up at composer email.
Is there any way to do this?

Hey quick question i have 2 client email templates and i want to populate based on a current field true/false. if its true A email client template and if its false B email client template, i did basic scripting in ui action but, it seems to fetch same template.
