Problem modules dont have ITIL permission on my personal instance. I logged in with ITIL user and this user able to see all modules. the other module which have ITIL permission those are not visible for ITIL user.
Please suggest.

Hi,
If you see your application Menu it's for itil Role so if any thing come under this menu only available for itil users

Hi Prashant,
This means one of two things. 1) The user either has more roles than you originally thought. Check the user's profile and examine the Roles related list closely.
2) The menus and modules have been modified to allow access where it wasn't before. Example: Someone removed the admin role or granted the ITIL role.

but users has only ITIL role . Created new user and assign only ITIL role but doesn't get proper result. No Admin role assigned earlier.
