Query for formula indicator in Performance anylytics

Hello Community!

I have added below query in formula indicator.
[[Sum of Business resolve duration of all incidents]] / [[Total number of incidents]]

It showing correct result.

I have added one breakdown for the assignment group.

But when applying breakdown , formula not working
Please tell me the query for assignment group condition?

Hello @Asha Pathak 

I got it. Please open the breakdown that you have added and see the breakdown source. Inside breakdown source. There you can see the facts table and the field and conditions on which breakdown is working. 

If you are confused about what the breakdown source and conditions is referencing. Please create a new breakdown source and breakdown and use that breakdown only.

It also depends on the type of breakdown. So better create a new breakdown source and breakdown and attach that per your conditions.

Value is displayed but not calculate MTTR correclty.

Here for this month MTTR calculated business duration of of all incidents
But we need business duration / total incident count
We can not measure / total incicdent count in breakdown

You need to check the breakdowns and breakdown source whether all the conditions you have given are as per your requirement. 

Due to that as well there might be difference in data.
