If in approver group of your change request, there is no group member, in that case it will go to Authorize skipping Assess.

On the 2nd link, it is working as aspected. But
I am creating the Normal change record from the 4th Interceptor link. And in that link, The group members are still there in the Approval group.
2 Approvals are expected to get generated. 1 in Assess state and 2nd in Authorize state. But all are getting generated in the Authorize state. Assess state is getting skipped. I have also checked the change approval policies. But still it is not working as expected.

If group is fine then check ,

1. Change Approval Policies - check the policy input and decision (specifically condition) related list of it.

2. Check Associated Flow/workflow as well.

Hi @chaitanyape

Assessment is a mandatory step in a normal change, so either the state transition is incorrect, or there is a business rule or condition. Please check the state transition in the change model.
