Hello @keerthana10 ,

What is the value of System Property "change.conflict.show_conflict_message"?

If it's set to "user":

Please go to User Administration > User Preferences and check if there is an entry with Name = "change_request.show_conflict_message" for the current user and the value "false".

Lastly, check if Client Script "Conflict change" or Business Rule "Change Request ScratchPad" are active and not modified.

Regards,

Robert
