Reassigning tickets to a different assignment group

what role is needed to allow an agent to transfer a request from one assignment group to the another one?  for example, i have a procurement assignment group and once the item is purchased and shipped, the ticket should be sent to the local tech (help desk assignment group) but the procurement agent cannot do this, only a SNOW admin can.

It is being covered then most likely by the parent(task) ACLs. You will need to create a new ACL. To do that, you would first need to elevate your privileges by clicking your profile in the top right like this and click elevate role

The rule would be configured like this, but add in the roles you need that need in the role section to be able to edit the assignment group field.

PLEASE NOTE: since there isn't any other field level ACLs currently, this will restrict the changing of the assignment group to only the roles that are set in this rule. Before doing any of this I would recommend going to ServiceNow's docs page at the link below and reading up on ACLs and understand the implications before making any changes.

On an assignment group you can also have group Type. This allows you to filter out assignment groups to only be for incidents or only for certain processes, etc. That might be a possibility.
