Regarding Logicmonitoring alert into ServiceNow

Hello Experts,

 

In our instance, we have enabled spoke logicmonitoring integration. Based on alert incident is getting created.

Once Incident resolved, If clear Alert triggered the status of an incident is changing from Resolved to New.

 

Is there a way to restrict the changing of state field while its in the Resolved state.
