I noticed an issue within Change where Approver Names are repeated 2x's
Anyone know why this is happening and how to correct it?

I figured it out, this is my bad. In my Dev instance I cloned the workflow Change Management - Normal. I didn't publish the workflow that I remember. I believe when I cloned the workflow the new version was set to active so I had 2 workflows running and thus duplicate approvals. That said it was confusing because in the workflow editor it appeared that I was able to inactivate and delete the workflow (but it wasn't working). Being new to workflows I thought I could delete it under Workflow Versions but that didn't work either. Eventually I figured out I needed to go to Active Contexts and delete anything running associated with the workflow I wanted to delete, then I was able to delete the workflow and my issue is resolved.

I have the same issue. I could have sworn it's a new issue. I'm using the out of box Change Management - Normal workflow. When I click the Request Approval button (the first one to move to assess) the Assigned To group is required. It's duplicating the group. No issues with movetoauthorize.
Update: I think it has to do with a Workflow Editor bug. I cloned a workflow/ I've tried inactivated the cloned workflow, I've tried deleting the clone workflow. It won't go away and remains published AND I no longer have the ability to edit it.
Thanks,
Kristin
