Removing Signature from Service Now emails

Hi All,

Please i need a bit of help here. How do i stop. How do i stop signatures from been automatically attached to emails in and out of service now. This is an unwanted data on the service now system.

It would have been good if this signatures with some HTML format actually appears well or correctly rendered. The signature is coming up as rubbish text. see attached
