Requested Item State is being stuck to Pending

Hello,

Requested Item state is being stuck to "Pending" by default. Can you please assist what could be possible issue.

Yes I figured it out it was one of the UI policies driving this change.

The RITM state field is stuck at pending approval

 The state field value is being set at "Set Values" activity

Resolution


The RITM's state field remains at "Pending-Approval" even after approving the approval record is because the state value is set using the "Set Values" workflow activity.
 
 
Since the workflow did not reach the set values activity where we set the value of the RITM's state field, the value did not change.
