Reset the AD password and send it to the user from flow designer

Hello,
I have a requirement to reset the AD password and send it to the user using one password from the flow designer in servicenow. I see in flow designer we have option to reset the password.
1. What I need to pass in the Password field?
2. Can we send the updated password to the requestor using One Password?
3. If No, how can we share the password in encrypted way so that only requestor can see the password in the email?
