- Start with Welcome to Servicenow . //you will get basic idea
- Do System Administrator Career Journey
- Do CSA certification
- Gain Hand-on experience
- If you have interest on Development -> go for Application Developer Career Journey ->Complete CAD cert.
- AND/OR go for Implementer path.
- If you want to become Business Analyst , do Business Analyst Career Journey
- Online Communities and Forums:
Engage with the ServiceNow community through forums, read query and answer and slowly start to contribute - Networking: Expand your network and participate in any events possible.

It will help you Upskill your ServiceNow knowledge ,Gain a better understanding of different ServiceNow concepts , Explore real-time business requirements ,Try answering questions to test your understanding ,Learn different approaches and best practices .

When you start exploring ServiceNow PDI, begin with understanding the basic platform UI:

Hi @DavidZepeda,
You’re already on the right track; your ITSM basics are strong; you just need to focus on scripting now. ITSM alone isn’t enough; you don’t need HRSD yet, but you must get comfortable with business rules, client scripts, and GlideRecord since that’s what interviews expect. Use your 2 hours daily for 1 hour of learning + 1 hour of hands-on practice on PDI. Focus on real use cases instead of theory. Regarding the 90-day notice, be honest and mention early release/buyout options; many companies still consider it. Stay consistent for a few weeks and you’ll see a big improvement.
