@Asmita7 Then please try by moving the xml of the m2m record .
Either open the M2M table record and capture it in update set
OR
Basically the role record that you add to a UI action is a m2m record open that table and export the xml and try it .

Hello @Asmita7 ,
I think try to force capture it .
open the role record that you added and then scroll down to related links and you can see force to update set .
Click on that and see if its capturing in update set

Thank you for your time.
I can add the role into the update set separately but when the update set is committed to another instance then the role is not showing into UI action. Please suggest.
