Hi All,
3rd party tool have a button in their tool to retrieve the incidents from ServiceNow. that team hits it using login id "abc"
( Note : user "abc" has rest role in ServiceNow )
Now , They want logs from ServiceNow like what happened when they hit retrieve incident button in their tool to retrieve incidents.
My questions is:
How to enable or Which log should I refer to check this ?
Please let me know the steps to get logs to see all the transaction happened in ServiceNow after the REST call was made by 3rd party tool. I want to see if there are any error message for this call or any other information etc.
