Right click option is not working on Incident and Problem form

Hi All,

 

After Kingston patch 9 upgrade, somehow right click option is not working on Incident form. I have checked some client scripts and UI policies but could not find which one is exactly causing the issue. Can someone please advise to resolve the issue at earliest. Appreciate your help in advance.

Hi,

 

There will some error in your client script/UI policy or UI action code. Check in browser console to locate the bug.

I have checked the browser console and found below error but I could not find which one is causing the issue.

Hi,

 

Check ui policy/client script running on incident table. 

Because of DOM manipulation you are not finding right click option..

Check ui policy because of that you are finding this issue..

It is Known Error post Kingston form unable to Save & Right Click is not working. Please try to read below article and create a new property under sys_properties.LIST table glide.sc.use_sc_form_v2" of type True|False & Set value to "false" .
