Hi All,
Need your help.
When i click on the back button of the browser from the RITM level, it throws an error this way.
Similaly whwn i make changes to a task within an RITM and when i click on the back button of the browser at the then it closes without throwing an leave site error.
How can i get the browser level leave site alert for the sc_task level changes as well?
Thanks and Regards,

are you changing any field value and then navigating away from that tab using Back button?
If yes then It's browser behavior and nothing to do with ServiceNow instance.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi @Vasu20 ,
You get this notification which is shown in RITM form when you edit any field or make changes in the record but you don't save it.
However if you make the changes in the SC_Task from the RITM form (which is a Related List) then the SC_task saves right away. It's a common behavior of the system which you can't change.
If my response helped, please mark it helpful and accept the solution so that it benefits future readers.
Regards,
Rohit

Yes when I am changing the field value and clicking on the back button.
The behaviour is browser level then, got it.
Thank you so much.
This really helped.
Best regards,
