RITM state Automatic set to -10

Hello everyone,

 

When we attached the sequencing process in order to guide the RITM state is automatically set to -10 in. Even if we approve the request.

The sequence Processing field is present in the order guide form.

Can anyone help me with this?

Hi,
I am not sure, but you wrote, that you approved the request, but from my experience the RITMs that are part of the request need to be approved and not the request itsself.
Or is here a misunderstanding?
